I have always been fascinated by human behaviour and this has fuelled my career in Education and Psychology. Understanding personalities, relationships, building rapport has proved invaluable for my work with the very young to the very old and has helped people achieve their goals and dreams.

I am a certified practitioner of NLP, Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy, trained and mentored by Ali Campbell, a world renowned coach and best selling author. I have trained with Dave Elman Institute under the eye of Larry and Cheryl Elman so as to advance my skills in the Elman Induction. I am also qualified in Rapid Induction.

I am a member of British Psychological Society as my background is in Psychology and Education. I am registered with Complementary Medical Association.

I have helped friends, colleagues and clients professionally and privately and I get a huge sense of fulfilment from seeing the positive outcomes they have achieved.

I use many of my techniques myself as bringing up children alone is tough and you can get caught in many negative spins in your head which cause you to question yourself! In my spare time I love to be outside spending time with family, including the dogs and horse.
I am constantly amazed by what is possible when you open your mind. Let me share this with you!
